Local Normal Mail
Purchase Amount for Local Normal Mail
1. Below S$70 @ S$1.50 (Flat fee of $1.50 regardless of number of items)
2. S$70 & above @ FREE

We will post your normal mail items latest by the next 1 to 2 working days after we have received your order & payment.

Please note that we usually do not post out normal mails on Saturdays, Sundays, eve of public holidays, and public holidays. This is to minimise the risk of having lost mails due to the accumulation of normal mails at post offices over the weekends/holidays.

Local registered mail
Purchase Amount for Local Registered Mail
1. Below S$70 - S$1.50 + S$2.24 @ S$3.74
2. S$70 to $89.99 @ S$2.24
3. S$90 & above @ FREE

We will post registered mails every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Exchange & Return Policy

1. All items are strictly non-refundable.
2. Once order is confirmed, there will be strictly no cancellation.
3. Quality assured. Our items are mostly imported from Hong Kong and Korea. All items will be checked before delivery.
4. We will not accept exchange unless the wrong item has been sent by us.
5. Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock. We will notify you.
6. Shipping and handling charges imposed for the exchange/ refund items will be borne by customer.
7. Exchange will be made only if item is returned in the original condition. Please inform us within 3 business days from date of receipt of items.
8. Items will ony be delivered upon receipt of payment for items and postage.
